Carley E. Di Stefano

Senior Associate

Carley E. Di Stefano is a Senior Associate at Brown Weimer, LLC. She was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2019 and maintains a diverse practice focused on interdictions, successions and estates, family law and civil litigation.

Carley represents clients in both contested and uncontested matters and has experience handling cases through all stages of litigation, from initial case strategy and discovery through motion practice, hearings, and trial. Her practice includes complex family law disputes, succession and estate proceedings, interdictions, and other civil matters. She works closely with her clients to understand their individual circumstances, provide practical guidance, and develop strategies tailored to their goals.

Carley earned her law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. During law school, she participated in Moot Court and served as a student practitioner in the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic & Center for Social Justice, where she gained practical experience representing clients. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration in Pre-Law, from the University of New Orleans.

Outside of the office, Carley enjoys spending time with her family.
